Reservations:
Your order to request accommodation is binding on you and on Moezel Vakanties. Your reservation will be confirmed immediately by Moezel Vakanties. If you are not in possession of a written confirmation 10 days after booking, you should contact Moezel Vakanties directly. The lease includes the rented housing unit with the complete inventory. The person who books is jointly and severally liable for all other participants that he / she registers.
Payments:
After receipt of the written Moezel Vakanties confirmation, the tenant pays a deposit of 30% of the rent as a guarantee amount. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. When registering within 6 weeks before the start of the reserved period, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.
Amendments:
If the tenant wishes to make a change after booking, an attempt will be made to comply with this request
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, the following amounts are due in addition to the reservation costs:
Number of persons:
The specified number of persons must not be exceeded. The landlord has the right to refuse more people. Prices: The prices are daily prices and in euros.
Cleaning:
Upon departure, the tenant must ensure that all waste is deposited in the (correct) container, that no dirty dishes are left behind and that the accommodation unit is left tidy again. The costs for final cleaning are included in the rent.
Pets:
One pet is allowed for a fee.
Damage:
The tenant is obliged to treat the reserved holiday accommodation with inventory "with due diligence" and to leave it in an orderly condition upon departure. Damage occurring during the stay must be reported and reimbursed before departure, unless it can be demonstrated that the damage was caused through no fault of the guests. The tenant is obliged to immediately report this to the landlord by telephone or in writing when entering the apartment, possible shortcomings to the home or inventory or the lack of necessary inventory and to give him the opportunity to repair or supplement. The tenant is jointly and severally liable for the downloading of media from an illegal source by the IP address made available through the landlord.
To smoke:
Apartments are non-smoking and the rest of the building is also non-smoking.
Liability:
Landlord is not liable for damage or injury caused to tenants, by whatever cause. The lessor is also not liable for loss, damage or theft of property. Insurance for the aforementioned risks is not included in the rental price, we recommend that you take out the usual insurance policies before you travel. The lessor is not liable for the downloading of media from an illegal source by the tenant via the IP address provided by the lessor.
